Illumination Talent Agency and Ethereal Talent Agency (ETA) disclosed today that they have entered into a conclusive purchase settlement whereby Illumination Talent Agency (ITA) will acquire Ethereal Talent Agency in its entirety. ETA will no longer operate under its current management team or as a subsidiary of ITA. ETA’s president, Francheska Stone will not stay as part of the new acquisition and will not continue to be the face of Ethereal Talent Agency.

In another statement, Illumination Talent Agency’s Chief Executive Officer, Ericka Mathers states: “Our company has now set a path in this positive direction and we appreciate the continued cooperation from all of our employees as we work through this transition period”.
Terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the last quarter of 2015, have not been disclosed.
