Well known local magician Lazarus Benson shows a group of teenagers a magic trick using a blindfold and a deck of cards. Initially the teenagers try to explain their general reactions to the magic trick and how they could not explain how the trick was executed.
Lazarus to make sure that all components were verified, he asks the audience to make sure the blindfold is folded enough to not see through it and that the deck of cards was not altered so that he makes sure an audience member opens a new deck of cards.
The objective of the guest is to pick 4 cards from the deck later to put them back in the deck, Lazarus also recommends not to pick patterns as that makes the trick easier for him to guess the cards.
Going through the motions of the magic trick, the guest follows the directions of Lorenzo to stack and pick apart the deck in various ways. The objective of Lazarus is to pick the 4 cards blindfolded.

About Lazarus Benson
Lazarus was born February 20,1989 on presidents day. The oldest of three sisters and the only boy. He started doing magic when he was six years old. Like any kid after seeing a magician at the boys and girls club. He became hooked on it till he was about eight years old. He did not get back into magic till he was sixteen. As a child he had to grow up fast. Living in a troubled childhood of poverty, alcohol, and drugs. Magic became his escape. Lazarus would always do crazy stunts as a child because he loved being what he saw on television and movies. As he grew up he learned to take care of his family while his dad was in prison for 6 years. Lazarus had to go to school and work a job to make money to help feed his family of three sisters and his mom, so they would not become homeless a third time.Lazarus worked through elementary and high school. He always had an open mind to experience new things. He really peaked into his imagination as a teenager. He would pretend he was a superhero or anything that came to his mind as a kid. At age 13 Lazarus started also becoming more interested in making music. He learned to play the violin at age 12. Once Lazarus hit high school he started wrestling. At 16 he would perform in his school for his wrestling team and students all around the school. He was back into magic and he seemed like he had never stopped his studies. He became interested in more than just one kind of magic. He opened up to all of the world of magic. He started practicing escapes, illusions, close up magic, hypnosis, and mentalism at 17 even more. At age 18 he moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming with his mom. Little did he know he would perform his first show there. After moving to Cheyenne he came back to Casper to live with his dad and continue his journey into magic even more. He started performing many charity events. These charity events started making his name bigger across the state of Wyoming. The fair grounds in Casper made a huge impact on the news stations and news paper. His magic became even bigger to the state of Wyoming. When Lazarus was 17 the city of Casper gave him his own day. The governor decided to do the same and give him the whole state of Wyoming Lazarus Benson day. This was for his contributions toward the Boys and Girls Club as state youth of the year because his life story made an impact to change others and there struggles. June 12 and the 13th Lazarus Benson day. At age 18 Lazarus Finally saw his first big magic shows. Lance Burton. He decided at that moment he wanted to come up with a style that would captivate and blow audiences away. At 19 years old Lazarus’s name would blow up big in the news and papers he would gain tons of publicity. Lazarus at age 20 had already put more than 100 shows under his belt. Magicians where telling him he had to stay in one area and that it was not safe to combine his ideas, and some magicians told him other wise. That you have to be unique. Lazarus felt he was pushing himself to what ever style he wanted, so he continued to push his magic further. At the age of 21 he finally got a big name going. It has started to build deep in his hometown. He now strives toward the goal of showing others they can do what ever they want.They just have to believe. Lazarus wants to prove that his struggles are there for others to see that a person can do anything they set their minds to. “I know the Boys and Girls club and my friends and family are proud of me.
